Hello, I want to make sure I'm doing the Modular Arithmetic homework question right. The question is
to find (123 * 3129 * 23) (mod 10), so what I did was 123(mod 10) * 3129(mod 10) * 23(mod 10) = 3*9*3=81. Then 81 (mod 10) = 1. So the answer is 1, is that right?
Thanks
Yep, that's exactly how you could do it! You can also check your answer by simply multiplying the 3 numbers, and then finding the units digit.
Good work.
